We start this process by going through your whole business at present. I will pick apart your current systems, content, personal brand, enquiry process and offers. No bullshit edition. This will allow us to know exactly what to tackle first in order of priority.
Weekly 1-1 calls
60 minutes on Zoom every week or even more where needed depending on what we're working on. Every call has a clear structure and finishes with clear action points to go away with.
Full business tracker
A dedicated hub for you and your business. A content planner, content tracker, enquiry tracker, to-do lists and an in depth business growth tracker. So we always know where we are at and what we are working towards.
WhatsApp support
Think of me as your mentor in your pocket. Your right hand woman in your business to support you with anything you need throughout the week.

A WhatsApp group with other REIGN clients for accountability, support and knowing you're not doing this alone.
Resources and templates
If we are working on something I'll never make you figure it out alone. Skip all the mess of trying to work it out yourself. I'll give you any resources or content from my 10+ years of experience that you need. Not generic advice or "send more DMs".

I've been in the fitness industry for over 10 years now but I started as a personal trainer with empty classes and £100 to my name.
I have now built a multiple six-figure online business where I still coach 1-1 clients daily, run challenges and sell products. Oh and guess what? I did all of this without a single cold DM or pushy sales call.
I'm not a coach who left the industry to teach others. I'm still in it. I operate at the level I'm asking you to grow towards and I know exactly what it takes to get there because I've lived it.
I've done the trial and error so you don't have to. REIGN is the shortcut I wish I'd had myself at the start.

Fill in the application form so I can see exactly where you're at, what you're struggling with and where you want to take your business.
Step 02
Application call
If it looks like we will be a strong fit I'll reach out to book a 30 minute call. We'll go through your business, what you need, and whether REIGN is the right move for you.
Step 03
Business audit and foundations
Before our first call you'll complete an initial consultation and record me a walkthrough of your business. I come fully prepared with a "current VS the vision" so we are set from the start on where we are taking this, together.
Step 04
Build, grow and REIGN
Everything from your personal brand and content strategy to generating enquiries, conversions and scaling your revenue — we work through and improve it all (with NO cringe sales tactics, I'll teach you how to sell authentically!).
